HISTORIC AND GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR COMPANY
In 1920, Mister GUBIN A., postman, becomes an agent for agricultural machines. A short time later, the establishment A. GUBIN DENIS took up the construction of grindstones, of claws, of hay blowers, of loaders and unloaders of fertiliser.
In 1931, Mister NOEL Alphonse married Mr. GUBIN's daughter and they had three children. They built new workshops that they called " Atelier Noêl et fils Ltd ". They developed their sphere of activity in agriculture as well as in industry.
In 1955, they began exporting coffee grain blowers to ZAIRE.
In 1966, their son Pol and his wife took over the business. Following a strong demand from the industry, Atelier NoÎl et fils Ltd adapted their machines so that they reply to the necessities of manufacturers while not neglecting the farming sector which made up 50 % of the sales with notably the bundle elevators and the grain screws.
In 1982, their son being of a working age, they changed Atelier NoÎl et fils into a corporation : Atelier Noêl et fils Ltd.
In 1990, their son Dominique and his wife took over the business; which gives rise to the fourth generation at the service of industry and agriculture. They developed the industrial sector even further by fabricating made to measure machines and various handling systems.
At this moment, our manufacturing program mainly includes " conveyors", belt conveyors, more than 2.700 to this day, but also mechanised roller or gravity conveyors, as well as chain conveyors in steel or in PVC, continuous screw. The entirety of this material can be realised in painted iron, galvanised iron or in stainless steel. For some years, our company has developed machines for the treatment of refuse such as extractors, sorting tables with or without cabins, belt conveyors for the transfer or the evacuation of these products, presses and crushers. Our constant concern is to be able to render service and to find solutions for the problems of handling bulk products, parcels or to other difficulties encountered by our customers.
We also realise subcontracting work in mechanical - welded manufacturing.
We export more than 15 % of our production to nearby and African countries.
